She's found new employment! : ) : )

Actually, she is now able to eat whole grain wheat (and can't have brown rice....sigh....how confusing!), so we bought a bag of whole wheat flour and have been making some goodies.
The last of the experiments was...

PRETZELS!!!!
and, boy! is she happy about that! : )

She'd squish it into a long, deformed tube...

...and then roll it.
